This log book is requirement for competency person to record all your work and proof to submit to local authority for future commitment and requirements. 

Conditions and preparations:

1.   Take photos of site work to compile as evidence in your log book.

2.   Summary descriptions of your work scope or task. 

3.   Must obtain signatures or verification by your superior, supervisor or manager. 

4.   Documents must be kept updated at all times, this is document is for review to local authority.

5.   Ensure practice safety and awareness of hazards on site while working on site.
